Our intention is that at the end of the day you have a perfect fited golf garment that you feel empowered in. If that means you need to try all the sizes and style, so be it. That is why we do FREE exchange and FREE returns within 35 days of purchase. The product needs to be unwashed and still have the labels and tags on them. Simply email us a picture of the item with your order number at clubhouse@lecolet.com and we will send you a prepaid return label.
Shipping cost are not refundable unfortunately as these are external cost.
Flawed or broken products
Our products are made with premium quality fibers, in a local Montreal manufacturing facility and we pride ourselves in making elegant, socially conscious, and timeless lasting products. That being said, sometimes, one piece of clothing that has a small flaw, will be sent to a valuable customer and for that, we are sorry in advance.
If a stitch tears, or a button comes off, or any other problem occurs that should not happen within the first year, send us a picture with your order number at clubhouse@lecolet.com. We will make sure that it is not a cigar burn hole and either exchange, refund or pay for the repair.
